Caroline, my wonderful friend. This should have been YOUR time - to travel, to read, to do whatever you wanted after such a long time looking after others. We met because you sent a fan letter to a singer/actor we both liked. I was working on his fan mail at the time and answered your letter - the rest is history. We definitely became besties. You visited me in California and Nashville, I visited you for English road trips, and we met upon New York for John on Broadway and in France for a great tour. I had so looked forward to more travels with you and to seeing your very own house, which was such a reflection of you. Life is soooooooo not fair. I've thought of you so often lately... whenever there's something/someone in the news we have discussed, which is frequently. Love you. Miss you so very much. May peace be yours.
